TO: CAMERON LEE RELIFORD and/or ANY POTENTIAL UNKNOWN PUTATIVE FATHER
You are hereby notified that on July 28, 2025, a Petition for Stepparent Adoption, was filed in the Superior Court of Berrien County, Georgia, Civil Action No.: 25-A-02. A hearing is scheduled upon said Petition for September 3, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., at the Berrien County Courthouse: 201 N. Davis Street, Nashville, Georgia in the Chambers of Chief Judge Clayton A. Tolinson, Berrien County, Georgia.
Should you fail to appear at the above-mentioned hearing, the Order entered pursuant to the hearing will be made the Final Order of the Court. All parental rights you may have with respect to the minor child will be lost and you will neither receive notice nor be entitled to objections in writing.
